2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Xtream Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Services Provided

Xtream Group offers a wide range of printing and design services including but not limited to:
Offset Printing, Digital Printing, Large Format Printing, Packaging Printing, Brochures, Flyers, Business Cards, Labels, T-Shirts, and more.

All services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and client approval.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website, by email, or in person.
• A 50% advance payment may be required before production begins.
• All prices are quoted in local currency and are subject to change without notice.
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after printing has started.

5. Design & Proof Approval

• Xtream Group provides digital proofs for client review before printing.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs for accuracy (text, colors, layout, and design).
• Xtream Group is not liable for errors approved by the client in the final proof.

6. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on order size, design approval, and production capacity.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (equipment issues, supply delays, or natural events) are not the company’s responsibility.
• Completed orders can be collected from our office or delivered through courier (charges may apply).

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content created by Xtream Group remain the company’s property unless transferred to the client in writing.
Clients must ensure that any materials they provide (logos, images, text, etc.) do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xtream Group will not be held responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Minor color variations due to printing process differences between digital proofs and final prints.

9. Confidentiality

All client data, artwork, and business information are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the printing project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
